Joe Russo teasing a cameo of Punisher in Captain America The Winter Soldier!

Mark "RorMachine" Cassidy over at CBM.com has written an interesting article in which he states that Joe Russo, one of the directors of Captain America: The Winter Soldier, is teasing a cameo from a well known Marvel character and he speculates that the character in question is none other than Frank Castle aka The Punisher!?!??! Well...... not exactly.
