Shipping Information:

Standard shipping on all orders through Canada Post.

All orders for North America are duty free. All products are made using NAFTA friendly materials.

For orders outside of Canada: If you do not choose the Tracked Packet shipping method, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages. (*Note that we have never experienced any lost or stolen packages, only delayed packages and even those are very rare.)

We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your order within 7 days  of receiving your purchase, simply send an email to info@jackofalltradesclothing.com or by calling us at 1-855-445-JACK (5225) and request a return authorization number. In the email please include your order number found on your packing slip or in the order confirmation email received when the order was placed. 

All returned products must be unworn and unwashed with tags still attached (no exceptions). Exchanges must be made for shirts of equal or lesser value. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or a shipping error in which a refund of the shipping charges will be provided after examination of the product. COD returns will not be accepted for any reason and only shipping methods by Canada Post or United States Postal Service will be deemed acceptable to refund shipping charges. All courier companies that return parcels COD will be refused and a refund of the product will not be provided.
