Shipping Information:

Standard Shipping, $5 Flat Rate Shipping and Free Shipping for orders over 60$ are through Canada Post and United States Parcel Service.

If the delivery service you selected is the 5$ Flat Rate Shipping or our Free Shipping (with purchases over 60$) and you are situated in The United States or Mexico these methods use USPS first class mail. The time it takes to process and deliver orders is at the longest two weeks. Most orders are received before that period of time, within 3 to 10 days. We ship from our warehouses in Montreal, Canada. We process the orders in our facilities within 48 hours of receipt and then orders are transported to the USA directly to USPS. This usually accounts for 4 days prior to be received by USPS. From that point on USPS provides a 3-5 day delivery window nationwide which does include weekends. If you prefer to receive your orders quicker please select a different service.

All Orders for North America are duty free. All products are made using NAFTA friendly materials.

All orders for North America are processed with tracking. For orders outside North America that do not select Tracked Packet we are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages. (*Note we have rarely experienced lost or stolen packages but delayed packages do occur from time to time and are beyond our control.)

We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your order within 7 days  of receiving your purchase, simply send an email to info@jackofalltradesclothing.com or by calling us at 1-855-445-JACK (5225) and request a return authorization number. In the email please include your order number found on your packing slip or in the order confirmation email received when the order was placed. 

All returned products must be unworn and unwashed with tags still attached (no exceptions). Exchanges must be made for shirts of equal or lesser value. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or a shipping error in which a refund of the shipping charges will be provided after examination of the product. COD returns will not be accepted for any reason and only shipping methods by Canada Post or United States Postal Service will be deemed acceptable to refund shipping charges. All courier companies that return parcels COD will be refused and a refund of the product will not be provided.
